We do not REFUND or send REPLACEMENTS for PURCHASES if USPS scans DELIVERED! If your package is lost in transit we will do what we can. This is due to scams. We suggest you to contact your local USPS Post Office as your package was physically scanned and left by a USPS Delivery person.
